THE SITE

The Milanofiori Nord complex is located in the south of Milan, near the Milanofiori Business Centre, the Mediolanum Forum Arena, and the Teatro Repower.

Brioschi Sviluppo Immobiliare Spa is completing the Milanofiori Nord complex in Assago (Milan) on a building surface of 218,000 square meters, in a surface of 360,000 square meters in total. Currently over 200,000 square meters of GFA (Gross Floor Area) have already been developed, divided into tertiary, commercial and residential functions and almost completely leased or sold.

The Milanofiori Nord complex is part of a larger project started over 40 years ago, initially with the construction of the Milanofiori Business District and a Shopping Centre, and later with the multi-functional Arena, today known as Mediolanum Forum, and the Teatro Repower.

Next to the settlement of Milanofiori Nord, the development of “Nuova Milanofiori” Area consisting of more than 1,100,000 square metres is being planned. The surface includes a building area of approximately 310,000 square metres with offices and residential, as well as areas of competence of the “Parco Agricolo Sud Milano” and the “Naviglio Pavese” canal.

The Project

The Milanofiori Nord complex aims to achieve a high environmental quality where architecture and landscape are closely linked. In addition to respecting sustainability criteria in terms of composition, technology and materials, the valorization of existing wooded areas and the preservation of biodiversity are a matter of great importance.

Important architectural groups have been involved in the project development, supported by engineering companies for the final and executive planning, with regards to the installation, structural, infrastructural and construction management aspects.
