This area includes:

- a UCI multiplex cinema situated on the main square of approximately 6,000 sqm with 10 theatres that can be used too for corporate meetings and events. 
The annual audience is of about 520,000 spectators (2018)

- a Virgin Active Club situated on the main square of approximately 5,000 sqm equipped with a gym floor, an indoor swimming pool, a spa and relax area. 
The Club has 6,000 active members.
